Govillje ("we", "our", or "us") provides the Govillje Mix & Match Builder Shopify App. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Store Information: Your store's domain and basic settings required to inject the virtual try-on widget.
• Customer Information: We do NOT collect personal customer data such as names, emails, addresses, or phone numbers. We only use anonymous, hashed Shopify Customer IDs to allow shoppers to save their virtual outfits to their accounts.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the App's core functionality (virtual styling and saving looks) and to operate the App.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your or your customers' Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties. We only share information with Shopify as required to operate the App.

Data Retention

When you uninstall the App from your Shopify store, we will permanently delete all associated store and anonymous customer data within 48 hours via Shopify's mandatory GDPR erasure webhooks.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
